A liquid culture (LC) of Pan Cyan consists of live, actively growing mycelium suspended in a nutrient-rich solution, typically made from water and sugars like light malt extract.

The serene, easy-flowing Peace River in Florida is the original home of this Pan Cyan liquid culture. Originally discovered by the mycologist known as “Mr. G”, the Pan Cyan Peace River variant is known for its relative easiness in microscopy research compared to other more difficult-to-work-with Pan Cyan strains. The mature Peace River Pan Cyan mushroom produces abundant blue/gray mushrooms with stout, sturdy caps that curl up at the edges. Our liquid culture of the Peace River Pan Cyan species is for advanced microscopy researchers, as Pan Cyan liquid culture is typically more challenging to research than cubes.
